The next the London improv festival will be 27th - 30th May 2027

All festival events will be held at Blanche Improv HQ in London.

The core festival events will be workshops during the day and shows in the evening. There will also be panels, skills sharing opportunities, a live podcast recording, socials and a couple of improv experiments!

Some of the world’s best improv performers will be headlining the festival shows, and they will be sharing their love of improv by teaching workshops during the day.

The teams performing in the festival will be selected through a submission process. All the information on how to apply is here.

In the lead up to the London improv festival, Blanche will host the fan faves competition- a second chance for teams to win a place in the London improv festival.

  • If you need a video for your festival application and you’re in London on 3rd January, please add your team name and contact details to this sheet and come along to film at Blanche!

  • All festival events will be held at Blanche Improv HQ in London.

  • We are looking to stream some of the shows, but the core of the festival will be irl at Blanche Improv in London.

  • the London improv festival workshops, shows, jams and socials are open to the general public.

  • The core events will be day time workshops and evening shows. But there will also be jams, socials, panels and skills sharing events (a great chance for coaches to swap exercises and tips) and a couple of improv experiments.

  • Yes!! There are three passes available.

    All Shows Pass gives you access to every show at the festival. No need to book tickets, just buy the pass and you have discounted a discounted ticket to all the shows.

    Headliner + Pass entitles you 3 headliner shows and 3 shows… plus a lovely discount. You need to book the shows you want to see.

    5 Shows Pass entitles you to 5 non headline shows at The London Improv Festival all at a discounted price. You need to book the shows.

  • Yes! As the festival is hosted by Blanche Improv, we will be applying Blanche House Rules.

  • Yes. Blanche is pro-sober and as the London improv festival is hosted by Blanche, the festival is also pro-sober. Which means no alcohol can be consumed at official festival events.
